About The Gavlick Group
Ann Gavlick
As a full-time Realtor with over 24 years of real estate experience, I understand that buying or selling your home is one of the most important events that you will face in your lifetime. During this sometimes long and stressful process, you will need more than just information. You will need communication, advice, and support from someone you trust and can count on. I promise that I will be there for you every step of this journey.
Ron Gavlick
A previous technology industry veteran, I am now a full-time dedicated Realtor®, Chartered Real Estate Consultant®, and co-principle at The Gavlick Group. My client-centric service goes above and beyond the expected; at the Gavlick Group that thought is always first and foremost in our minds. I bring a keen focus on the analytical side of the home buying or selling process. Using today’s technology correctly can be intimidating at best, misleading at worst. I provide the information our clients need in order to successfully purchase or sell their home in this ever-changing marketplace. Behind the scenes, there is a myriad of investigation and calculation taking place for our clients so they experience nothing but a smooth and pleasant transaction! Every day at the Gavlick Group we live by one motto…We Turn Dreams Into Addresses!
Our Transaction Coordinator – Ashley Talavera
As a Realtor and transaction coordinator, my goals are to communicate and educate throughout the entire process. I pride myself in listening and using all my resources to be knowledgeable. I have two younger boys who inspire me to have energy, positivity and excitement daily- they keep me on my toes. My many years of luxury retail management background has taught me many things, however most importantly how to adapt to individual client needs. I enjoy reading books, riding bike trails with my husband and soaking up our gorgeous sunlight. I was born and raised in Tucson. What fills my soul the most about my home state are the colorful sunsets and the desert scenery after a rainstorm.
