Our homebuying experience started over 3 years ago when we first contacted Ann to see what the first step was to buying a home. We owned a home in Kansas City and were self-employed so she helped us put a plan together to buy. Over the last 3 years we finally got our house sold in KC, got our business tax situation handled and realized that my elderly parents needed to be with us. Finding a house that worked for my 90 year old mom, my visionary General Contractor husband, my father and I proved to be quite the task. We looked from one end of the city to the next and Ann never waivered in her belief that we would find something that would work. When we found the house, she was a mass negotiator and although she is a quiet happy soul, she fought for us from the beginning to the end and was just as upset when things weren't done the way they were supposed to be for us. I can't say enough about Ann and her professionalism and patience. There were many times, when I called crying telling her, we should just stop looking....it's too stressful and feels impossible. Time after time she talked me off the homebuying ledge and said, "Chrisie, just be patient, your house is out there waiting for you!" She was so right. When she handed me those keys there were tears of joy running down both of our cheeks. I never felt like just another client. I am in the middle of three stressful activities: I am retiring from a long-held position in California; I am selling my home there; and I am relocating to Tucson.
